Usually, Rohtang pass will be closed from the 2 weeks of November till April End and it will be open for tourists for 1 week or 2 weeks in May, but still you can reach till snow point in Rohtang pass and enjoy. Rohtang Pass remains open in April but only after the 15th of the month. There have been times when it was open in the first week as well.
