By July, most of the snow is melted and gone. If you want to see snow, visit the passes like Rohtang, Khardung La, and Baralacha La but it will mostly be limited there too.
It is unlikely to see snow in Leh during July as it is the peak of summer. The weather in Leh during July is generally mild and pleasant with temperatures ranging from 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F). Snowfall is more common in the winter months of December to February.
