Best places of India to enjoy Snow in Summer includes Drass valley, Munsiyari,Yumthang and Rohtang pass , Sonamarg Kashmir, Khardungla Pass, Leh , Gulmarg kinnaur ,Mussoorie .
You can definitely stay in Manali, Himachal Pradesh or Auli in Uttarakhand as these places have nearby hills that have snow capped mountains till May first half.
