Accommodation & Hotel Policy

Hotels are selected based on customer feedback; however, guests are advised to review hotel websites and ratings before confirmation. Room allocation (twin/double) is subject to availability at check-in.

Check-in time is from 1:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

Buffet meals, if included, will be served at the venue decided by the hotel. Meal timings must be followed, and no refunds will be provided for missed meals.

Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival. The number of meals corresponds to the number of nights booked.

Travel & Transport

Vehicles are available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM unless otherwise agreed. Transfers and sightseeing will follow the given itinerary.

Audio and video systems are not permitted in commercial vehicles as per law.

Air conditioning may not function effectively in hilly regions due to weather conditions.

We are not responsible for cancellations of transport services due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Booking & Payments

No discounts will be applicable after booking confirmation. Prices are subject to availability of hotels and seasonal variations.

Any additional services not included in the package must be paid directly by the guest.

If guests change hotels during the tour, pricing will be adjusted accordingly.

Cancellation & Changes

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the journey. Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable charges.

Amendments or cancellations during an ongoing trip may not be accepted and could incur additional costs.

Rescheduling requests must be informed at least 10 days prior to travel.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The company is not liable for any loss or damage.

Guests should not make any additional payments to service providers without prior approval from us.

Any damage caused to hotel property will be charged directly to the guest.

General Guidelines

Extra persons will be accommodated with additional beds, mattresses, or rollaway beds.

Adjacent or adjoining rooms are subject to availability.

It is mandatory to carry valid ID proof and age proof for children. Children above 12 years will be considered adults.

Itineraries may be adjusted due to monument closures or operational reasons to ensure smooth travel.
